In the PDF version, there will be dotted lines for guided cutting that will allow a simpler cut line with about a quarter-inch white border around the color image. The PNG is a stand-alone transparent image with a very thin white border suitable for uploading to your preferred program (like Cricut's Design Space).
If printing from home, I strongly recommend printing on CARDSTOCK for both quality and stability. Please keep in mind this will not be a double-sided cake topper.
I recommend attaching the finished cutout image to food-safe dowel rods or popsicle sticks for inserting into your cake.
